General Information!
Placing an order is easy. There are two choices:
There is a fully functional shopping cart system that makes shopping online easy.
Second way is to browse our online catalog, print out the order
form and note all the items you wish to purchase on the form. Mail order form with payment to the address listed on the order form.
We currently accept check or money order. All the information you
supply, when you place an order with Ultra Vitamins, will be kept confidential.
We do not rent, sell or share customer data with any other organization
or company!
Can I Use a Credit Card?
We accept credit card payments for online orders only.
Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover are accepted through a
secure SSL server.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
US Postal Service
The US Postal Service can be the cheapest way to ship
and the post office will deliver to P. O. boxes however, the packages are
not trackable. Because we cannot track these shipments, we cannot refund
for lost shipments. If you want more information about the US Postal Service
and their postage calculator go to: www.usps.gov
UPS
United Parcel Service does offer package tracking but
will not deliver to a P. O. box. For more information on UPS go to: www.ups.com
What are the Shipping Charges?
Charges for packages shipped to one destination within
the United States addresses are a flat rate of $4.00. Please e-mail
us for International Orders. If a product has it's own shipping schedule
we will notify you before processing your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After we receive your order, please allow one to three
weeks to receive your order. However; you should be aware that in
unusual circumstances it could take up to four weeks for items to become
available.
Can I ship to a P.O Box?
The only orders which can be shipped to a P.O Box are
Domestic orders using U.S mail service.
Got Any Specials?
Currently, we offer a special discounts on certain items.
They will be advertised in the specials page and they may change every
week so don’t forget to check the specials page every week.
How Do I To Talk To A Nutrional Consultant?
We have a nutrional consultant on staff. Please feel
free to email any questions
regarding dietary and nutritional related topics. Try to be as detailed
as possible if asking specific questions. Our consultant can help draw
up basic diet plans to help you achieve your diet goals. We feel this added
service will benefit all and we thank you for choosing Ultra Vitamins to
supplement your healthy living. For any treatment or diagnosis of illness,
please see your physician. The use of certain dietary supplements may cause
allergic reactions in some individuals, consult your physician.
